In case of changes in law such that a tax is levied that is or becomes irrecoverable with a consequent increase to the costs to Trophies Art Inc?of delivering the Products and/or Services, whereby and to such an extent Trophies Art Incis entitled to increase its prices accordingly and retroactively.

You acceptance shall be deemed as acceptance of the product, otherwise the package shall be rejected.Trophies Art Inc will not pay compensation if the package is damaged due to secondary mailing without the Trophies Art Inc's consent.

6.Return Policy

We do not accept merchandise unless items and defective, in which case they will be replaced ,subject to availability, or refunded at buyers discretion.

We offer a 30 days refund policy. Gifts redeemed are non-returnable and can't be exchanged for cash.

If for some reason you're dissatisfied at any time during the first day after receive your products. Simply return the product to us. the return address as follow:

Email your refund requests to us which include tracking number.?

If we have returns agreements , you will responsible for the return shipping charges, The balance will be returned back to you after we receive the items.

Please remember that asking for refund but continuing to use the products from us is the same thing as stealing and may also violate applicable law.?
